The InvisibleĀ Man, directed by Saw creator Leigh Whannel, is a contemporary adaptation of the H.G Wells novel of the same name and a reboot of the original 1933 film. Trapped in a violent and controlling relationship with a wealthy and brilliant scientist, Cecilia Kass flees in the dead of night, aided by her sister, childhood friend and his daughter. But when her abusive husband commits suicide and leaves her a generous portion of his vast fortune, Cecilia suspects the worst, especially when a series of eerie coincidences soon begin to escalate, becoming lethal, forcing a desperate Cecilia to prove to all those around her she is being hunted by someone no one can see.
